What is the typical shipping timeframe for furniture and home decor?
Standard shipping usually takes 5-7 business days. For larger furniture items requiring freight delivery, please allow 10-14 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Does MR.R offer international shipping?
Currently, MR.R ships to all 50 states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support more international destinations in the near future.
What is your return policy for home goods?
We offer a 30-day return window for most items. Products must be in their original packaging and unassembled. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are not eligible for return.
How can I track the status of my order?
Once your order is processed, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking link. You can also log into your MR.R account and view 'Order History' for real-time updates.
